What documents do I need to get started?

You'll need: a valid government-issued ID, business registration documents (LLC articles, EIN letter), a processing statement (if available), your business website URL, and a voided check or bank letter for deposit setup. We'll guide you through everything during onboarding.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Step 1: Create your account and tell us about your business. Step 2: Choose your plan (Base or Premium). Step 3: Pay your integration fee and first month. Step 4: Connect your payment account, install the WooCommerce plugin, and go live. Our onboarding wizard walks you through every step.

Is my account stable with CevGate?

Yes. CevGate provides reliable, long-term processing for e-commerce merchants. We maintain transparent communication about your account status and work with you to keep your business running smoothly.

Are there any setup fees or long-term contracts?

There is a one-time $399 integration fee and then a monthly platform fee ($99 for Base, $199 for Premium) plus per-transaction fees (9% + $0.15 on Base, 6% + $0.15 on Premium). No long-term contracts — you can cancel anytime.
