The transaction fee is all-inclusive -- there are no additional processing fees on top of what you see here.
There is a one-time $399 integration fee to get set up on CevGate. After that, you pay your monthly platform fee ($99 or $199) and per-transaction costs (9% + $0.15 on Base, 6% + $0.15 on Premium). No hidden fees beyond that.
No. Both plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime without early termination fees.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your merchant dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Prorated credits are applied automatically.
CevGate supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards on all plans. The Premium plan also includes Apple Pay and Google Pay for faster, one-tap checkout on supported devices.
When a customer pays through your CevGate checkout, the funds flow directly to your connected payment account. From there, they are automatically deposited to your linked bank account -- typically within 1-2 business days. CevGate does not hold, manage, or have access to your funds. Payout timing and any holds are managed by your connected payment account provider. You manage your payout settings directly from your payment account dashboard.
