Your total fees consist of three components: a monthly platform fee ($29-$149 depending on plan), a per-transaction fee ($0.08-$0.15), and a volume percentage fee (0.3%-0.5%). These are CevGate platform fees. Interchange fees from card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) are passed through at cost -- we do not add any markup to interchange.
No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no integration fees on any plan. You only pay your monthly platform fee and per-transaction costs. Enterprise plans may include optional custom development, which is quoted separately.
No. All standard plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime without early termination fees. Enterprise plans may have custom terms depending on the scope of dedicated infrastructure and SLA guarantees.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your merchant dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Prorated credits are applied automatically.
CevGate supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards on all plans. Additional payment methods (ACH, digital wallets) may be available depending on your gateway configuration.
Payouts are deposited directly into your linked bank account. Payout timing depends on your gateway and risk profile -- typically 2-7 business days. You can track all payouts in real time from your merchant dashboard, including pending, in-transit, and completed deposits.
A $25 chargeback fee is applied per dispute on Starter, Growth, and Pro plans. Enterprise plans have custom chargeback pricing. Pro and Enterprise plans include chargeback management tools to help you fight and reduce disputes. We also provide alerts to help you respond before chargebacks are filed.
Yes. If your monthly processing volume exceeds $500K, contact our sales team to discuss custom Enterprise pricing. We offer negotiated per-transaction and volume rates based on your specific business profile, industry, and processing history.
